His needs before speaking to us:


Carl came to us to discuss how his school could add structure & engagement to their
playground to support their lunch time supervisors as he felt that his lunch times were
causing problems with poor behaviour & fewer children getting involved in activities.


How our services were offered to suit his needs:

We decided to provide his school with a play leader coach that will restructure their lunch
time activities and work with the school to create a schedule that will work for them! We
now offer lunch times on 5 days a week, providing a multi-sports programme which is
engages different year groups on different days and a variety of activities which is inclusive
for all children.


How we went above and beyond:


Working with carl, in addition we added a personal best coach that runs alongside our play
leader however, targeted children that are less active and struggling to handle lunch times
with their behaviour and engage them with personal best challenges that change on a
weekly basis. The whole school could also access this small challenge at lunch time which
would then lead to half termly assembly where children were recognised for trying their
best and beating their score and awarded with certificated and medals.

programmes are very organised. Since we’ve used their coaches at lunch time it has
improved participation, confidence to ‘have a go’ and structure of our playground, giving us
massive relief that this small part of the day is much easier”
